What is the shelf life of Prime Bites® products?
Our protein brownies and snacks are baked fresh and typically have a shelf life of 6 to 9 months. Each individual package is stamped with a 'Best By' date for your convenience.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your products gluten-free?
While many of our ingredients are naturally gluten-free, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat. Please check the specific nutritional label on each product page for detailed allergen information.
Can I return my order if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste preference. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Prime Bites® ships to the United States and Canada. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to reach more international fans in the near future.
How should I store my protein brownies?
For optimal freshness, store your Prime Bites® in a cool, dry place. For a 'fresh out of the oven' experience, many customers enjoy microwaving their brownies for 5-10 seconds before eating.
